Easy Crockpot Chili

This flavorful, mildly spiced, and creamy slow cooker Crockpot Chili is a favorite dinner recipe to make again and again.
It all began on a cold Sunday when the sink was overflowing with dishes and I had absolutely no motivation to cook so you know those kinds of days, right because I definitely do too.

Easy Crockpot Chili

I just craved something warm and comforting so I wanted a meal that would fill me up and honestly something I could throw together then forget about until dinner time so that’s when this crockpot chili came into the picture because it’s the type of recipe that makes you feel like you’re on top of things even though you’re still wearing pajamas at 4 in the afternoon.

Here’s a funny little moment when I made this chili for the first time, I totally forgot to rinse the beans so I ended up with a weird taste that I thought was some sort of punishment from the chili gods but it turns out it was just a rookie mistake so learn from me and don’t skip that step.

Now if you’re thinking, “Wow, that sounds like a lot of spice,” don’t worry because it’s super easy to adjust so you can turn the heat up if you love that kind of kick or keep it mild if you’re serving kids or if someone around you doesn’t handle spice too well.

Believe me when I say this chili is a total winner so let’s not waste any more time and jump straight into the good stuff.
